We first met Jennifer at a viewing for one of her properties, and immediately felt a connection to her. She was more than willing to go the extra mile to help us out and answer any questions we had. (This was a lot of questions!) We decided after viewing this house that we wanted to use her as our real estate agent for the purchase of our first home. We had a fairly long list of “must-haves” for our new place and Jennifer did a great job on finding us places that met all of our needs. We viewed a few places with her, before we found the one we wanted to purchase. Jennifer is an amazing real estate agent. She is very thorough and dedicated. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer to purchase a mobile home. In this market it was difficult to find a bank that would finance a mobile and Jennifer took the time out of her busy schedule to help me deal with a particular bank that we ended up filing a formal complaint with. Jennifer Roycroft is a hard-working intelligent real estate agent who has a really good understanding of our local market in Port Coquitlam. We bought a lake house in an area an hour and a half away from PoCo and although we had a good understanding of the neighbourhood we knew this was a new area to her. Before the time of our first look through, Jennifer had investigated the surrounding area and knew her way around the community, their local market, and some ins and outs on what it takes to purchase an investment property.
